Virtual Mug Meals

Learn how to make 2 delicious mug meals right from your own kitchen on Zoom! All you need is a mug, your appetite, and the list of ingredients below. For families! Please register to attend. 

*Parents/Guardians-- please keep in mind your child will need a knife to complete certain steps of these recipes. Please make sure they know how to safely use a knife, or do the cutting for them. Thank you!*

 

You will need:

· 2 large mugs

· Microwavable plate

· 1 cup water

· 1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

· 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella (divided—we will use 1/4 cup in the first recipe and 1/2 cup in the second)

· 1/4 cup shredded cheddar

· 1 TBSP of parmesan (optional)

· 1 cup of country bread like ciabatta cut in 1” cubes

· 1/2 cup marinara sauce

· Handful of fresh spinach washed and patted dry
